Hansika Motwani is originally from Mumbai, India. She was born August 9, 1991. She’s an actress who mostly appears in Tamil and Telugu films and also in Bollywood films. In the Telugu movie Desamuduru (2007), she made a successful first film appearance as the main actress, successfully taking the Filmfare Award for “Best Female Debut South.” She started her career in Tamil cinema with Mappillai (2011), including performances in several high budget Telugu films such as “Kantri and Maska.” Her dad, Pradeep, is a businessman, and her mom, Mona works as a dermatologist. She has an elder brother named Prashant as well. She is a student in Podar Internation School.

Her parents divorced during 2004, while she continues to live in Andheri, Bombay, India, with her mom. She has performed in several TV serials, such as ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thee’, ‘Hum 2 Hai Na’, ‘Desh Me Nikla Hoga Chand’, ‘Shakalaka Boom Boom’, ‘Celebrity Fame Gurukool’, and ‘Tum Bin’ as a child artist. She also performed in several TV Commercials like Pepsi, Samsung, Hyundai Santro TV, and Bournvita among other brands. Juhi Chawla noticed Hansika when she was much younger and suggested that she tries to act in movies. She is currently said to be upset over her film Seetha Ramula Kalyanam Lankalo because it is getting re-recorded without permission.
