Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a recording artist as well as an actress and a fashion designer originally from Saint Michael, Barbados. She grew up listening to reggae music and has many issues while growing up because of her father’s addiction to cocaine and other drugs. She was discovered by American producer Evam Rogers in 2003 and then he took her and her mother to New York City to begin recording her first demos. She subsequently signed a deal with Def Jam Records and recorded her debut album called “Pon de Replay” which was launched in 2005. Some of her most famous singles include “Umbrella”, “Shut Up and Drive”, and “Hate that I Love You.”
She has also become famous for the issues that she has had with her ex boyfriend Chris Brown with whom she had an altercation.He was arrested on suspicion of and then he was charged with assault and for making threats. Photographs were then leaked by the media of her with visible bruises and wounds. She has also dated baseball player Matt Kemp and rapper Drake. She broke up with Drake, but is now rumored to be dating him again. She has also been on the news lately because she was seen “Twerking” at a beach in Greece.
