Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro is a famous soccer player from Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. He is known for being the world’s most expensive soccer player as well as the second best soccer player in the world currently after Lionel Messi with whom he has an ongoing rivalry. He began his career playing for the Andorinha team and then went on to play for Sporting Clube de Portugal, and later on he played for some of the world’s best teams such as Manchester United and Real Madrid. He currently lives in La Finca, Madrid, Spain which is the most exclusive estate in Madrid. Some of his neighbors include Gareth Bale and Penelope Cruz.
